During the presentation, I will provide you with an overview of Ayurveda, including the three Doshas, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and will discuss why an Ayurvedic Daily Routine is so important. I will also share and demonstrate many daily rituals that will help to increase your energy level and bring more vibrant health and well-being into your life. I’ll conclude by giving you tips on how to get started with integrating these new rituals into your life. This workshop will empower you to create a lifestyle that’s focused on health!
