I am a Holistic Health Coach and Yoga Teacher. I love inspiring people to create vibrant health. I believe that we all have the power within us to heal, to make ourselves more whole, and that getting some guidance along the way can be an amazing support and help speed up that process. I’ve been passionate about health and wellness for most of my adult life. There’s so much that we can do to live a healthy life, whether it’s cooking our own healthy meals to taking a walk every day. I inspire my clients to prioritize their health, through embracing a proper diet that includes foods that are truly nourishing, and creating a healthy lifestyle that includes getting consistent exercise, establishing a steady sleep rhythm, and effectively managing stress.
I’ve been practicing and teaching yoga for over 15 years and have a daily morning meditation and yoga practice. I also embrace Ayurveda, a nature-based science, as a way of life and have a daily Ayurvedic morning routine that has enabled me to take my health and well-being to the next level.
I’ve worked in the tech world for most of my career so I understand that space along with the excitement and the stresses that come along with it. In that fast-paced and demanding environment, it’s often challenging to find the balance between work and taking care of oneself.
Integrating the wisdom of Ayurveda and the powerful practice of yoga into my life has helped me, more than anything else, to create vibrant health. I look forward to helping others to do the same.
I live in San Francisco’s Mission District with my husband, Jeffrey. We have a healthy lifestyle that includes yoga, dance, gyrotonics, walking, cycling, lifting weights at the gym, spending time with family and friends, cooking nourishing meals, and soaking in the California hot springs. We also love spending time in Hawaii and feeling that aloha vibe.
